In 2013, Cavaliere Bazzi spearheaded two landmark projects: the inauguration of the first Young Versace boutique in the World and the world’s first Roberto Cavalli Junior boutique, both located in Dubai Mall. His hands-on leadership in the Roberto Cavalli project brought his visionary designs to fruition, setting new benchmarks in the luxury retail experience.

On December 14, 2014, in a ceremony that marked a significant milestone in the world of fashion and international collaboration, Mr. Sami Bazzi was honoured with the prestigious *Ordine della Stella d’Italia* (Order of the Star of Italy) in the rank of Cavaliere (Knight). This accolade was bestowed upon him in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the fashion industry and his enduring partnerships with Italian suppliers.
The award ceremony, a testament to Mr. Bazzi’s influence and achievements in fashion, was graced by the presence of the Italian Ambassador to Kuwait, Mr. Fabrizio Nicoletti, who presented the diploma and insignia on behalf of the President of Italy, Mr. Giorgio Napolitano.
